1. Overview

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern all engagements, purchases, partnerships, and affiliations with Nexus Global Ventures Corporation and its subsidiaries (“Nexus Global”, “we”, “our”, or “the Agency”). By accessing our website, purchasing services, or entering into an agreement, you (“Client”, “Partner”, or “Affiliate”) agree to these terms in full.

2. Pricing, Offers, and Flash Sales

2.1. Currency

All Flash Sales and promotional offers are listed in USD unless otherwise negotiated and confirmed in writing.

2.2. Resource Allocation

Each Sale, Special Offer, or Flash Sale includes a maximum allocation of Agency resources, including but not limited to:

• Design, development, marketing, and management hours (“Agency Hours”);
• Tool licenses, subscriptions, and third-party API usage (“Tool Utilization”).

Exceeding allocated resources or deadlines will incur additional fees, to be quoted and approved in advance.

2.3. Project Expiry

Offers and projects expire after the agreed milestones or deadlines. If milestones are not met due to client delay, reactivation or continuation may require a new proposal and payment.

3. Deliverables and Ownership

All deliverables, including creative, code, documents, systems, and automations, remain the intellectual property of Nexus Global until all invoices are fully paid.

Upon full payment:

• Clients receive a license to use (not resell) the deliverables.
• The Agency retains the right to showcase anonymized work for portfolio, case studies, or marketing purposes.

Unauthorized replication, resale, or redistribution of proprietary systems, frameworks, or templates is prohibited.
