This Practicum Agreement (the "Agreement") is made as of 1-1-2024, by and between Nexus Global ("Company") and [Et All] ("Student").

1. Purpose

The purpose of this Agreement is to outline the terms and conditions of the practicum experience provided by Nexus Global to the Student.

2. Duration

3. Responsibilities

6. Intellectual Property

• Any work created by the Student during the practicum, including but not limited to reports, designs, and inventions, is the exclusive property of the Company.
• The Student agrees to assign all rights, title, and interest in such work to the Company.

7. Protection of Assets

• The Student will take reasonable measures to protect the Company’s physical and digital assets.
• The Student will not remove any Company assets from the premises without prior written permission.
