This Non-Competition Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into as of 1-1-2024, by and between Nexus Global (the "Company") and [Et All] (the "Recipient").

1. Purpose

The purpose of this Agreement is to protect the legitimate business interests of Nexus Global, including its trade secrets, confidential information, and client relationships.

2. Non-Competition Obligation

The Recipient agrees that during the term of this Agreement and for a period of [time period] following the termination of their relationship with the Company, they will not, directly or indirectly, engage in any business activities that compete with the Company’s business.
