By engaging in any business relationship with Nexus Global Holdings Corporation ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), whether as a client, contractor, partner, reseller, affiliate, or employee, you agree to the following legally binding terms regarding confidentiality and non-competition.

1. NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT (NDA)

1.1 Confidential Information

For the purpose of this agreement, "Confidential Information" includes but is not limited to:

• Business strategies, proprietary technology, and AI models.
• Pricing structures, client data, marketing methods, and project workflows.
• Trade secrets, financial data, and operational procedures.
• Software, algorithms, and product development details.
• Any discussions, contracts, proposals, or agreements between the parties.

1.2 Obligation of Confidentiality

The recipient agrees to:

• Keep all Confidential Information strictly confidential and not disclose it to any third party without prior written consent from Nexus Global Holdings Corporation.
• Use Confidential Information solely for the purpose of fulfilling their obligations with Nexus Global Holdings Corporation.
• Take all necessary precautions to protect Confidential Information, including restricting access to authorized individuals only.
